Fish Maw Crab Soup, its squishy, slimy its probably the best god damn soup ever made!!
Fish Maw Crab Soup
Ingredients Qty
Fish Maw 40g
Crab Meat 400g
Egg white 3
Chicken Broth 1.5L
Brown Sugar 1 Tsp
Cornstarch 3 Tbsp
蟹肉魚肚羹

魚肚 40克
蟹肉 400克
蛋白 3個
雞湯 1.5升
紅糖 1茶匙
澱粉 3大湯匙
Step 1
Pour hot water into bowl
將熱水倒入碗中
Step 2
Fish Maw 40g, Soak for 30mins
魚肚 40克, 浸泡30分鐘
Step 3
3 Eggs, Separate egg yolk and egg white. Only egg white will be used for this soup
蛋白 3個, 蛋白和蛋黃分開, 只用蛋白做湯
Step 4
Cut fish maw into small pieces
將魚肚切成小塊
Step 5
Chicken Broth 1.5L, On high heat boil broth
雞湯 1.5升, 開高火煮雞湯
Step 6
Add chopped fish maw
加入切碎的魚肚
Step 7
Crab Meat 400g
蟹肉 400克
Step 8
Brown Sugar 1 Tsp
紅糖 1茶匙
Step 9
Cornstarch 3Tbsp, Mix with water then add into soup to thicken
澱粉 3大湯匙, 加水混合然後混入湯
Step 10
Turn off stove
關掉爐子
Step 11
Add egg white into soup bit by bit and keep stiring
慢慢地將蛋白加入湯中
Step 12
Add salt optional for more flavour
必要時加鹽
