In this episode I take the ephemera kit from BontikVintageDesigns Vintage Shabby Kit and two of the pages from the Shabby Wooden kit (links below) and used them to create and fill a folio. He offered me my choice of digitals and I'm also working on a Teddy Bear Tea Party project (see my shorts!) that will be finshed soon. This project has been added to the Teddy Bear Tea Party project.
As a result he's given me a great coupon to share! PAPERMOON50 gets half off digitals in his shop. He keeps adding more and more great stuff, over 100 new things recently. There's lots of blank page kits just added that I can't wait to get my hands on. Blank page kits are perfect to add some breathing room with the more decorative pages.
I printed this project on my Epson eco tank printer onto 60lb white cardstock. I also used Marine Blue ink by Graphic 45, a circle punch, cropadile, eyelets, lace, glue stick, art glitter glue and some silk ribbon for the closure.
I don't use a score board or do any measuring and we wing our way through this fun project. It is versatile and nice for any shabby chic journal, happy mail or gift idea.
It only took about an hour to make it and was so much fun that I made a few. I may make more to give out at Christmas after giving it some theme, maybe pastel Christmas themed.
