There are a couple of things that force you to be reset to the start... But most of the time being reseted is related to the fact that you're probably too slow. You want and need to make sure to keep a high pace. As an example : when you reach the big white building (we call it hotel as an orientation point) after the golf course... Me and a friend were facing the same problem like you. We tried so many different things and strategies (staying on left/right side of the road, different cars and classes and so on). Nothing seems to work like people did in their videos. In the end we figured out that our speed was the problem. The speed and/or the pace was to slow for the specific car category you're doing the race with. You don't need a hyper car to be able to the this "glitch" (even since it's not a glitch by the way). Just don't crash, lose control of the car or brake too much. We were doing this short cut race in rally cars. We needed to keep our speed above 180 km/H if I remember correctly... It's been a couple of weeks weeks since the last time I was doing this race. But to be honest, there are also other ways to get money/xp/parts in the crew motorfest. And believe me I know what I'm talking about. Started the game in the last week of December last year. Till now I own 290 cars, always min 20 million cash, completely earned all legends points that you can spend in your profile and also EVERY gold performance parts set in EVERY category MULTIPLE TIMES. This so called glitch in the video here is just one farming method of so many other ones... 😜 But for your question again, keep up higher speed and try to follow the path as shown in the video... 😉
@user-sw4sv6li9b Nah, you don't need to have many or the fastest cars in each class... Just choose your favorite car in category you want to farm with. Then you want to equipped the best performance parts you have for the category. If you want to farm for cash for example, make sure you have bucks magnet affix with highest percentage as possible in each category. There're plenty of farming guides you may want to watch out on YT. Then you need to find the sweet spot in terms of the speed for each car category in this specific part of the short cut. Like I wrote before, we went with rally cars and they are definitely slower compared to hyper cars. So for rally I guess we had to hold a speed higher than 180 km/H, if I remember correctly. For hyper cars I think the minimum speed were a little higher and for ST1 a little bit slower... 🤔 BUT i wouldn't go for this route if you just want to farm money or parts. The so called glitch course, that was fixed by ivt, is called a love story. It's in the same Playlist, i guess it's race 7. Ivt has lowered the payout in terms of xp, money and parts by the half. But the route is much easier and it only takes half the time compared to the route in this video here. You can finish it in about 50 seconds in a ST2 and 40 seconds in a hyper car. And it's not so stressful. The payout over time is nearly identical too. I don't want to blame the video creator of this video here, but maybe you want to have a look at the channel of trigger Mc, it's called militia gaming. Trigger made a farming guide with all necessary information for all farming methods since the latest update of the crew motorfest. Best overview atm I think. Even he missed the way that I was farming for the most of my parts and xp... 😜 But this way, even if it's easier and more beginner friendly, is hard to explain by writing it down in a comment. But my 3 private buddies I play with were able to profit from my farming style, even they played the game a couple of months earlier than me... 😉 So I'm pretty sure that trigger's guide will help you to farm the things you want in the crew motorfest. 👍
