Evan better yet .. remove the brass jet with a socket set and unblock it without pushing the blockage back into the appliance , or replace the jet with a new one with maybe a few thousands of a mm biiger diameter
Thank you so much it worked. All 4 of our burner now has high flames. Just like a brand new burner. We used long tayloring needle and carberator cleaner.
@@InsomniacReviewer it happened again after a couple of days and the pin came to the rescue again… is there something else I could do to clear the blockage?
What if there is no hissing noise coming when you try to ignite the half of the grill (2 of them), half of my stove won't make a hissing noise hence wont light up, but the other half (2 of them) i can hear the hissing noise and able to light up the grill. I cleaned the stove last night. I can hear the ignite noise on all 4 of them but 2 of them don't light up and i cant hear hissing noise!?!?
I have the old model of GE profile gas stove with downdraft cooktop. It appears my gas stove head is one piece and I cannot remove the plate like you do. There are two side screws to remove the whole base inside of the cabinet. I cleared each hole with alcohols rub and needle and it still doesn’t work. Is there an easier way to fix the stove heads?
Take out the regulator. Drill out the brass gas jets. Water will boil much quicker now. Like at a Chinese restaurant when they cook with those big woks. Mine works great now. Before I had this tiny blue flame on high. Took forever to cook mac and cheese.
