I like to think that when amy gave sonic the strawberry short cake at 4:19 its a reference to the most recent sonic twitter takeover, in which amy is asked: "what is your favorite desert" she says strawberry short cake, sonic, who doesnt like strawberry shortcake, yells "strawberry shortcake sucks!" off in the distance.
I love the super form flirting comic! I can imagine how cute and precious the moment would be for both Amy and Sonic to kiss each other in that form! That one is my favorite!
Sega just went like this with the story: "so sonic is going on a date with Amy and has two chilli dogs with him for them both not on our watch! " *makes sonic trip into a new reality for a new adventure for a week or so*

5 months late, sorry. But actually, didn't Origins say Sonic went Super while the others "got Super powers"? Which would imply they're not actually in their Super forms at all, kinda like Heroes?
Ok the whole super flirting is adorable but super Amy would be terrifying because amy alone can lift a hammer that sonic can't lift so her in super form would be terrifying
