The original Super Freaks game that started it all! It's...not very good, but it did lead to everything else, so we all owe it that. Later on it would get a remaster (Super Freaks 1 Remastered, also on the Classic Pack) and of course, its full reimagining, Super Freaks 1 Ultimate Edition, which tries to play like a modernized version of this. If you squint hard enough at the level layouts here you'll probably recognize them as Ultimate's Fruit Juice Secret, Toy Block Secret, Barrel Secret, and Conveyor Secret.
Speaking of Ultimate Edition, this polished version lifts a number of features from it to turn playing it from "actively miserable" to "this is cute if I turn my brain off." Hearts are in and work the same, and like in Ultimate, you can even set how many hearts you can hold at maximum, and your starting amount of hearts. You can disable them entirely if you're insane and want to experience this like it was in 2006. There are a number of subtle level design tweaks here and there to help sand the worst edges off a bit too.
As a fun bonus, you can also play with @philRacoindie @philosophicalracoon @philR_aco_'s excellent Ultimate Edition soundtrack if you so choose! The MIDI's for both the 2006 and Ultimate soundtracks have been given the same Sound Blaster MIDI soundfont I had as a kid.
