In this second episode, filmed in September 2023, Helen and Kelly look at the retrograde energies at play and how we seems squeezed and overwhelmed with the feeling we need to get our ducks in line but also feel like we need to preserve our energy and hide away like a hermit.
Kelly and Helen talk about how techniques with crystals, reiki, sacred oils, ritual and ceremony and earthing in nature can help us to ground. Connecting with like minded souls in community, unburdening, speaking our truth, also helps us to drop expectations and come home to ourselves. Self love is key and being gentle and kind to ourselves. Talking to a tree helps too!
Helen also discusses her trip to Canada and a soul integration that took place at Emerald lake and her peace work at Auschwitz in Poland conducting a water blessing for Gaia. She also talks about a heart chakra blessing she received from the Black Madonna - Poland's beloved icon and 'Queen' in Jasna Gore Monastery.
The ladies, who both live near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, UK, want to convey the real experience of coping with the breakdown of the 3D existence during gate ascension process and the excitement about co-creating a new world as we head towards 'The New Golden Age'.
There is meditation, poetry, heart wisdom from musics like Rum and Hildegard of Bingham too and lots of laughter!
