How long have you mixing the egg white using the machine to achieved that marshmallow texture?

i always had problem with sticky colored meringues. if they r white, they r not sticky but with colors always end up sticky 😢

so is the inside white since you only applied the food coloring to the outside?

식감은 굽기 나름인데 일반 머랭쿠키 같은 식감도 가능하고 속은 촉촉한 소프트 머랭쿠키 같은 식감으로도 가능해요 😉😉😉🧡
