Great design. The high roof is definitely worth the extra money. I would want the option for customisation for my own needs, but the Noovo is an excellent use of space and visually very appealing!
I have been looking at Noovo for about a year now but was hesitant because I would have to go to Las Vegas from FL. If anything went wrong and had to take it back, that’s a drive. But if Sunshine would carry it, I would not hesitate. Especially knowing how great this dealer is.
Just jumping in to share you can place an order of a Noovo from Sunshine State RV right now, if you wanted to! If you are interested in a specific model, definitely call and let them know!
When you're giving feedback, you should mention that the blackout should be on the bottom and the screen should be on the top, so that if you wanted to use a little bit of both you could have privacy from the bottom.
Thanks for sharing this video. We love the Noovo. The dining lounge area is fabulous & not having to set up/ break down a bed is great! Actually you can add a few different options & the Noovo team is great to work with. The 12v ac is definitely refined & doesn't have negative issues...it saves battery life. In fact, you can option up to 1320ah on the noovo & there are 3 models - noovo lite, noovo pop top & noovo plus, which is the only high roof. 😉
@strangerpalooza Definitely...we were actually leaning towards the patriot - until we found these. We really appreciate yours & Nick's info however...love your channel. Say hi to Lola!👋
Hank and Nick, I really like this van! I look forward to the production one with the fixes. My wife and I have our eyes on this! I will add one thing, I would like to see this on a Ford Transit AWD. Thanks for sharing! 👍👊
I'm buying a Noovo lite with the 360° package with terrain tires with a Starlink system. With gasoline, induction stoves, filtered water, with a cassette toilet. NO PROPANE, NO DIESEL, NO BLACK TANK!! I've been waiting for this Noovo lite!! Cindy 👋
Oh cool, please keep me posted on how that goes, I appreciate all the data and feedback I get from folks on the vans...it helps me formulate better questions hen talking to the builders...
@conniefox8044 It's 2wd (Ram doesn't have awd or 4x4 in vans), but we've found with snow/mud tires & having good tire socks on hand for snow & inclines, that our work Ram van went everywhere here in CO that our Mercedes sprinter work van could go. We initially wanted a 4x4, but going ahead with our purchase of front wheel drive Ram, because of all of the other attributes that we don't see in other class b options.
Great floor-plan but it will take 7-8 hours to charge the 1320ah batteries that you will need if always running the A/C. 7-8 hours is to long for daily charging, it really needs a large 7kwh-8kwh (nations brand) second alternator that can fully charge the larger battery bank in 2 hours or less, like the Storyteller/Travato vans (Volta system), especially since this would make a great full-time van. Would be great to see this build on a 4x4/AWD chassis. "Cruise and comfort" which is a premium A/C system would be ideal and it would offset the extra-high roof since it is not mounted on the roof. Cassette, Laveo or Trelino/Separett compost toilet would be a great options to have available for customer to choose. If the TV were a little smaller and mounted in the correct position, it could be used in lounge when bed is up and used in the bed when bed is in the down position. Troy
This would be awesome on a Transit chassis...and yeah for sure the second alternator would be very welcome...there's always places you can do better, however they did do a good job here
Love this van. I have seen on Vancaskeys channel. Feedback I would give is I’ve they go with 110 air conditioner can they do more than 600 ish lithium? Not sure if the space is there but would be nice if could get second battery 😊
You can do 660ah or 1320ah. We currently have a Noovo Lite and the dometic RTX2000 is a game changer. 30hrs just on battery with the 660ah, and when getting solar it can passively run it.
This looks great! My only concern is wood vs. marine grade materials. Just dealt with a nightmare of moisture in a smaller vehicle and wouldn't want to repeat it in a van.
Nice one Hank is the best B Van reviewer on RU-vid. Everyone should use Girard Awnings. Smart move with Lithionics. The cabinet’s look like Technoform from Italy. Same cabinets in Airstreams and My Winnebago Horizon Winnebago put them in the Bolt too.
I try to assume folks watching have never seen whatever we're walking around...although I realize that can be repetitive...still I think we missed some things
@@strangerpalooza definitely a good point because sometimes that reinforcement of parts and pointing out changes could be the motivation to purchase that model.
My dream van! The high roof is a game-changer for me. Is there storage under the dinette seats? I'm not totally in love with how the storage over the dinette opens up, but I have no suggestions on how to make it better.
This one is very nice. But I still think Panoramic RV still has the best design and quality in B van industry with 5 year transferrable warranty. You should sell it as well.
If you take a look at the Noovo Lite it is a similar layout and has much better components than the Panoramic. We love the panoramic, but the lite component wise is much better.
@@NealBritt agreed they are similar. But pano has much larger window all around the van even in bathroom. It has a larger pull out pantry. Its AC is Truma Aventa. 5 years transferable warranty is even better than pleasureway. Noovo no doubt is also a very nice van as well. But with $175k I would rather choose pano with its 5 years warranty.
@@xiaorui1978 The Noovo Lite (not the Noovo Plus like in this video) is an almost identical layout as the Panoramic. Has a pull out pantry and yeah, the Truma AC is very nice, but after seeing/ having both 110 air cons and now the dometic rtx, the dometic blows it out of the water when it comes to efficiency being 12v. We can get 30hrs of AC use on our 660ah battery. When taking in solar we can passively run it so we do not touch the battery. Plus it literally ices us out, so we constantly have to turn the temp up. The individual components are something that is important too. As far as price, the Noovo Lite is 163,900 fully loaded with all the upgrades besides the second 660ah battery. We are huge fans of Panoramic, but for the US market they need to up their lithium to 600ah standard, not the option to just go up to that. They may be doing that next year or the following year we were told, but is a must in the US market. Currently the panoramic is 200k out the door at NIRVC when it’s said and done for the 400ah option.
@@xiaorui1978 I see that the Panoramic finally offers a power package. Assuming its 12v its still roughly 7000 watts and certainly not as high quality as lithionics but at least they’re recognizing what it takes to compete in the US market.
Looks like a nice van though it should be test driven on the freeway in some wind and you would probably notice a change in handling from the extra high roof. Also, a design like this and the others with pop tops on Class B's are marketed as having room for 4 people but the capacity of the cassette toilet is too small for that many and would likely never be used unless emptying it everyday is acceptable to you.
i would agree so far as driving on the highway...I don't think that was allowed in the current loaner agreement to the dealership since this was already sold...I will definitely put in request to do one of our weekend tests of these...so far as the toilet, it may be nice to offer a black tank version...
@@strangerpalooza The real test would be four adults taking it out on the highway for a full weekend camping, to see how much and how long the ac and portable toilet provide being used. .
Is RAM going out of business or sold? I know production of RAM pickups has been suspended and workers fired. You may want to look into service and warranty for Pro Master platforms.
HUGE miss of not having proper 2nd row like the Solis and Ekko. This is the perfect camper van for families if it had proper seating for the kids. Poptop is nice (Solis) but has issues with weather (cold, hot and mostly windy) and daily setup is not ideal when using the van daily while camping. Add those 2 seats (DOT certified) and they’ll have a WINNER!
The Promaster high van is a bit too high. On highway you will blow around and it will have that 'roll' feel cornering. Needs to be on a regular height Ford Transit. AWD. The quality of the Van deserves to be on Transit. Transit regular height van is 72" vs. regular Promaster regular is 67". Promaster high shown here is 77". So the regular height Transit is only 5" shorter than this high Promaster. Transit is 2.5" narrower than Promaster at 71", but still should be able to get that 60" wide queen in there. I bet this build could be pulled off in a regular 72" height Transit with a well thought out build, angled slightly shallower storage cabinets, and a slightly thinner memory foam mattress on Froli springs. It also does need Truma / 110 better AC...2nd alternator and better thought out windows and TV for the bed down position. Bummer...you know it will be on a Transit eventually but this is a small company and years away I'm sure.
And this is why I won't buy a Promaster anything: the seats. Horrible. Check Nick out dropping his head to see the traffic light. On Dodge, you aren't sitting "in" the seats, you're sitting "on" them. The OEM seats are terrible.
In the Plus they raised the seats a bit for the brackets. Definitely good feedback for the team to try to get that back down height wise. We have a Noovo Lite with the promaster upgraded leather seats and they are very comfortable.
Yes, I enjoy this van built but you guys had left out the real specs . . . like 1.) Backup Screen at the end capability. 2.) What size motor, tranny, MPG? 3.) NO PROPANE, NO DIESEL, or anything about all of the fuel and resources. Not mentioning anything about Clean, Gray, & Black Tanks. 4.) Is this built on a 4x4, AWD, and/or what type of chassis was built other than a Ram ProMaster.Really this sounded like 2 women nick-pickin'' at egos of who's who in a world of DOODOs? ~Aduh!
