We have been trying different Juicers and have found one that has incredible yield and rich flavor. It is called the Angel juicer. They are too expensive new but I found one massively cheaper used on FB marketplace. We have been super happy with it. If you juice I would love to know what juicer you use?

I second the motion Brother Chad! God led us to buy the larger version of the juicer you have. We were looking for stainless steel and this one fit the bill. It is an amazing juicer and the pulp is really really dry. We use the pulp in our baking. The best part is that the comp[any is Adventist. That is why their logo is the 3 Angels. We bought ours new and it came with a booklet with different juices you can make and quotes from Ellen G White! Thanks for promoting the Angel Juicer. I highly recommend it!

I own both the Angel and Norwalk juicers. In my opinion they are the two best juicers on the market, and both have very high yeilds. There is more pulp in the juice from the Angel, where there is no pulp in the juice from the Norwalk Juicer. I use the Norwalk juicer for weekly juicing if I'm juicing a large amount of produce to freeze say 10 pints, and use the Angel juicer for daily juicing.

I also own an Angel Juicer. Is the Norwalk really better for bulk juicing over the Angel? Because thought it would be longer as its 2 stage
@dougmaverick3287
@dougmaverick3287 6 месяцев назад
@@jefbiggs1583 Yes the Norwalk is better, especially if you're juicing hard produce like carrots 🥕. I find the Anjel very slow and difficult to juice carrots, takes so much strength to push them through. I recently bought a Nama J2 juicer and it's hands down the easiest juicer I've ever used. All you do is fill up the top hopper/container with produce turn it on and it feeds itself. You can even leave the room and come back later and the juice is all done. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-shzSuFiEmR8.htmlsi=6baJveZJtCFyM89u

Have you taken the pulp from the Nama and put it in the Norwalk? What kind of yield do you get from it? is it worth doing? Now that you have your Nama do you use your Angel or Norwalk?
@dougmaverick3287
@dougmaverick3287 4 месяца назад
@@RuwanPerera1 No I haven't put the Nama pulp through the Norwalk press, but next time I juice with the Nama I will try it. To be honest, ever since I bought the Nama juicer I have not used either the Angel or Norwalk juicers, because the Nama is so much faster, far easier to use since it has the large hopper and is self feeding, and easier to clean.

My Angel juicer is a beast, had it for a 4-5 years now. However, the amount of time I have to spend in cleaning the stainless steel filters, around 2-5 minutes per cleaning, also adds alot of time to make juice. Making just two quart jars of juice for 4-5 day supply means that I also have to spend up to 50 minutes in just cleaning the filter. So I'm currently researching for a new juicer that take less time to clean and produces much more juice and dry pulp compared to my Angel juicer. I'll still keep my Angel juicer for making nut butters and as a back up juicer.

Could just freeze dry some of the juice and make a bulk load. That way you can make a huge batch, freeze dry the excess l, and keep it sealed in a mason jar or mylar bag and build a supply of extremely nutritious juices
@HealthAndHomestead

I bet that would work. Freeze drying is supposed to keep most of the nutrition. It is one of the best preservation methods.
@MochaZilla

@Health And Homestead i thonk so too, but it would be annoying because juice tends to be higher in sugars and freeze drying high sugar content isnt the greatest.

@@wolverinegnr Yes I still use it and LOVE it. My thoughts are that it is ideal for the price point and the quality of juice. I still feel like it is a work of art in my kitchen, and such incredible quality. The all stainless Angel is nice, but keeping stainless steel clean is not for me, especially since it can be difficult to scrub all the tiny nooks and crannies. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

I have a Sana 727, it's great! Cost $560 shipped on one of SanaUSA 20% off sales. At 40rpm, there's almost no foam in my green juices, and not a lot of foam in fruit juices. 15 year warranty, but the machine feels like I'll never need it. Sana has recently introduced a stainless steel model, the 929 Ultimate. Pricey, but if you've got to have stainless.... I'm content with the 727 though. It may not get quite the extraction an Angel does, but it's not far off the mark either. And it's a third the price.

Chad do you know what the story is behind it have the three Angels logo that is interesting. Are they SDA made by chance? We have tried a lot of different juicers and although this looks to be expensive I guess you get what you pay for. The insides are worn out on our current Vert juicer so if we buy replacement parts I will then be upwards of a $1000 dollars in total cost.

@@HealthAndHomestead Here is the quote from page 4 of the Angel Juicer manual. "Over the past 30 years of making Angel Juicer, I've met numerous customers suffering from the loss of health. Ranging from children to working men to elderly, what they have in common is the fundamental idea of having a good health. Thus putting efforts, time and money for a life with better health. Ellen G. White, a global scholar from United States about a hundred years ago, has pointed out that "it's important to teach how to keep the health rather than to teach how to heal an illness." However, fast paced modern man often ignores the signs of changes and distress of body. I've met many people from health seminars and lectures who lost their health by ignoring the signs and were in the process of healing by going to hospitals and taking medications, depleting their resource".

People think the more they juice the more nutrition that yet. But the truth is your digestive tract and upper intestine loses its ability to use its muscles to mash and dissolve food. If you basically juice almost everything that you put in your body then those muscles start to atrophy because they are not needed to do anyting. And then when you put solid food in your digestive tract they cannot push it on as well and you will become constipated. Using machine companies and videos like this just basically want your money and they don't really care about your long-term health. I'm not saying to stop juicing all together but think about what you're doing and what the end result says with your digestive system. Not trying to be mean but just trying to get you to think about a different angle. Trying to be helpful with what I've learned over my 65 years instead of just watching some twenty-five-year-old person on a video.
@HealthAndHomestead
@HealthAndHomestead Год назад
I agree that you should not get most of your nutrition from juicing. I eat copious amounts of fruit and veggies and whole grains. I believe people should not juice in the place of healthy eating. But have personally found benefits to juicing. All the best William.
