Ingredients:
Chicken boneless 400 g
Salt (Namak) ½ tsp
Tikka masala 1 tsp
Red chili (Lal mirch) powder ½ tsp
Black pepper (Kali mirch) powder ¼ tsp
Chili flacks ½ tsp
Cumin (Zeera) powder ½ tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Dark Soya souce 1 tsp
Vinegar (Sirka) 1 tsp
Yogurt (Dahi) 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic (Lahsan Adrak) paste 1 tbsp
Peas (Mater) ½ cup
Tomato paste 2 medium
Carrot (Gajar) ½ cup
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) ½ cup
Pasta (Boiled as per packet instructions)
Directions:
In a bowl add Chicken boneless, salt, Tikka masala, red chili, Black pepper, Chili flacks, Oyster sauce, Soya sauce, Vinegar, Yogurt mix well and marinate chicken for 15 minutes.
In a wok add oil, marinated chicken, Ginger garlic paste cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add peas, tomato paste and cook until oil separates.
Add carrots, capsicum and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add boiled pasta and mix well.
Super delicious pasta is ready to serve.
