I'm from a big fan of kard and I have EVERY song of theirs in my playlist and whenever I saw they sang this I fangirled so bad lol I might have squealed and caused my family to look at me weird lol
Honestly, I'm no one to judge what people like, but people probably say "This is better" because they're more familiarized with Korean, and don't understand spanish, Just saying...
I couldn't care less if it was spanish, korean or english. Honestly, I prefer this version because I prefer Jiwoo's rough voice (I do enjoy voices like Leslie's and I have nothing against her, don't get me wrong). I think the language has got nothing to do with it (at least in my case), both versions sound good, the korean version doesn't sound off when compared to the original and KARD really deserved to collab with someone big to get recognized more by the korean public so I enjoy this collab to the fullest because I stan them. But I do listen to the original version from time to time though because spanish is so satisfying to listen to tbh. But I think your opinion is also valid and I agree with it, a lot of people might not like it because it's not a language they're familiar with.
I do like Leslie voice on this song but the second verse in the original felt a little weird and somehow felt it wasn't recorded properly but the rest of her parts are completely fine. I can totally understand when people say they like the original one more but I can also understand when people say that they like this version more. For me I prefer the chorus and rap in Latin while the verse in Korean. Anyways it's still a bop
Sincerely, I say that the Leslie Grace version is better, maybe it's just my opinion as I am from a latin country that has a language close to spanish, but I just feel like her voice suits the song (No offense i love KARD too)
I dont know but some how i heard 'Don't push,no rush' part. And it was too catchy,so i searched it. But never found it. And now im hearing this all day.
They are both good. I will say I think with Leslie is better because there's more Spanish in there and it's really nice and refreshing to hear the different languages together. In this version the only thing jiwoo and somin can sing that's Spanish is Lo siento.
Ok so I like this version I mean it's very good !!! They are all talented ! But I think I prefer the original vers with Leslie because I love the espanic vibes her voice give , plus their voice match so well !!!! So yea I prefer the one with Leslie also because of the accent and the Spanish lyrics, anyways again I don't hate this version they did it good I am just giving my opinion and saying that I prefer the vers with Leslie that all no hate please I am ok with everyone's opinion as long as we all respect each other in the comments!🙃😊💕
I don't mind this version. Though the changes in lyrics of Spanish to Korean could've been better. Like the parts Leslie Grace had English should stay English. I keep wanting to hear the Kard girls sing "let's take our time"
