That's Triathlon at its best. Never seen such exciting races and formats! And the course was very well done with all those chicanes and the scenic background.
I went to watch it live in London. It was great to see the Triathletes up close and the event was well organised. The only criticism is no one cares about the teams!
Yeah, the teams are sort of an odd, forced addition. Maybe if the teams themselves were seen working together like cyclists do...then..maybe. Of it were a relay. But this is so individual.
Have to admit (I am not french..) Vince had it in the bag without that shortcut - next weeks will be so exciting! I was lucky enough to be in the crowd and so good to see those top athletes - ladies course was amazing!
Absolutely love Super League, was so excited to watch it and it never disappoints. Such a great concept and the addition of teams is even better. Can't wait for the next one.
I love watching super league. I appreciate how innovative it is but the “team” I think is a bit silly. I hope they drop it. What does everyone else think?
Another great show! Happy to see SLT back again :) However the short chute this year allowed to avoid a U turn. So it’s a double advantage for the run (shorter and easier to manœuvre). Makes it too much of an advantage in my opinion !
I wouldn't change the outcome because I think the top three athletes deserve the finishing places, but agree the shortchute put too much of a gap and preventing what could have been a super interesting three man sprint finish.
For sure a big advantage. All the athletes will have seen it before the start of the race and decide how much they are willing to push to get it. Hayden was the one to see the value of it and made sure he was allowed to use it.
Thanks so much for the you tube, the SLT format is exciting and and great fun to view! I would personally prefer to see teans based on geography such as North & South America/Western & Eastern Europe/Africa & Middle East/Far East.

Great format! Another great race from Super League. The team element needs to change or even dropped. Not even the athletes are invested. Vincent closed the gap to his teammate in the first bike.
