For anyone who is wondering, as you go left to right for the players, the screens go clockwise from bottom left ot bottom right. Biinny is bottom left wearing purple. Cheese05 is top left wearing red. Puncayshun is top right wearing black. Simply is bottom right wearing the blue superman shirt.

Wow! Very impressive race by the runners. Fun fact/minigame for the viewers to do something frame perfect as well though: You can pause this video at $ 1,234,567 raisings! Do i get 10$ for free on killing the animals for discovering that? Incredible amount for a good cause...you guys rock! keep it up!

I don't think the SM64 race was an incentive. I think they just wanted to end on a more epic note than FF6

FF6 wasn't the ending, it was Super Mario RPG. And SM64 was an incentive to surpass the SGDQ 1.2 million from last year.

If I remember correctly its the same as the long jump, except instead of jumping you hit the punch button. So run, crouch, punch.

Someone got a Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 speedrun (I think it was three) in sgdq 2014 I believe, and Bonesaw got Duke Nukem 2. Mecharichter got the SNES record for Maoi Mallard in Cold Shadow. There are a few more I can't remember. It happens a lot in the games that aren't run by a whole lot of people, since the people running it are normally the record holders, and due to not many people running the games, the runs aren't as refined.
