In World-e there are Cape Feathers in Toad Houses, but Boomerangs are very unusual and only available on few levels. With this cheat these items are available on SMB3 and World-e levels.

It isn't? How come the cape feather and boomerang disappear when used? Also it has some sort of texture upscaling which could mean it's emulated? It's probably a cheat, I'm not sure.

This stuff is in the GBA version, and the texture upscale is a filter.

Works like the original because it was programmed that way.
