It's actually the GBA version here. But yeah, filtered. People are idiots. This man did absolutely nothing himself to this game, it's a setting you can turn on in your emulator.
I think this video just shows that the GBA and SNES versions of this game have great graphics. But if you watch it at 720P or better, you'll see that there's a very nice smoothing effect in this playthrough.

Either you are playing the Advance Version of Mario Bros 3 or this is an actual remake. I see no real differences so far setting it apart from the Advance Version.

(Fora que o autor do vídeo chama de SMB3 Remake HD, de HD isso aí não tem nada, só roda com uma imagem melhorada por causa das altas resoluções e dos inúmeros filtros dos emuladores)
