at last i know, my mind is at ease. it's actually quite satisfying.

Dude, he managed to create 8 full episodes with lots of references, a personal touch, fitting music, wonderful sprite animations and so on. He has got a life, you know. That he made the series doesn't mean he HAS TO finish it, because otherwise his fans are being bitches to him, complaining that he and his work are worthless. You, ym friend, are one of them.

I'm glad that he quit it while it was in its prime. I hope someone continues it.

I've watched this over the course of my life and absolutely loved it...and it's dead. Reminds me of the time I found out Hey Arnold! was supposed to end differently. Or that time when Invader Zim got canceled. OR the time when Akira Toriyama put a rest to the DBZ series. Hey at least Toonami's back on! Even so, I just wish this could've been finished...

Damn all this hate and complaints, be happy alvin is continuing, honestly I'm happy that Alvin is still making smbz. and the rest of you have to understand that making these sprite animations is hell of a lot of work, there's frames, syncing sound, special effects, etc. I'm a beginning animator and I know how it works, Alvin doing this on his own he can't create an episode right off the bat it takes time and he has a life other than making smbz when he finishes the next episode time will tell s

Alvin Earthworm is F-radio edit- ing amazing, and I'd like to see another person attempt to do something so tedious, for so little. Especially when that so little is nothing more than a bunch of raging comments. Ironically, I've been inspired to finish my story... lol..

He can't, he already stressed that smbz was his creation. Nobody would want their work to be continued by someone else especially when they've worked hard on it not to mention that Alvin has grown attached to this series. He can't just simply let someone else do it.

At least there are still other great stories and series to be had. I happen to be a fan of my own work and that's the advice to all great creators. Be a fan of your own work.

I understand y Alvin won't let just anybody continue the series because they'll change it up and make it completely different but can't Alvin give the series to someone he trusts and give them the characters, and story so it would still end like he wanted it to

Well believe what I said. Alvin has lost complete interest in the series as of right now and won't bother to take commentary from anyone about it. I know. I checked. I got the ban from posting comments on his deviantart page to prove it. At this point, if things do continue like this, SMBZ will be no more than a lost memory. Now you're left with 2 options: 1. Wait for his already dead interest in sprite animation to rekindle, or 2. Find someone able and willing to continue the SMBZ legacy.

Just an idea They go against patrols and win in a flash. Eggman almost wins. Kirby, however goes on thinking it is a super halberd with saito and aege.mario attacks him, but once Kirby gives them tomatoes, yoshi and sonic are alive, but tired. He gives themALL hyper candy, and they beat bowser and save peach. They leave as the ship goes up in flames shadow is about to die when the 7 save him sonic stomps on mecha for a landing, and nothing is left exept bolts and screws.

i hope Alvin earthworm will change his mind about him quitting and stopping the series. people, maybe the reason he stopped because he has something important to do or take some time off to relax or something abut making this series has effected his life.who knows what will happen to the series or what hes up too. but im sure he will finish it and one Nintendo and Sega will make a game or a movie of this.Good luck Alvin and i hope the one day you will be happy.

I'm glad you understand what i was going on about, and i apoligize sincerly for my harsh comment. Thats just a way i get my point across. Like i said, that comment i made was about 9 months ago so any frustration ive probably had back then is long gone. Besides i have a better job anyway so i can easily make the $220 i had already put into the series so its not even a big deal anymore. Hopefully someone with the same animation skills can pick up where he left off and bring the series back.

Are you kidding me? He barely got these scenes done. A fighting scene would have taken weeks or monts yet in his DA account he mentions that this is all that he had completed so far and it's been 2 years. It's too much work for the guy especially when he's not being paid for it.

i hope. but he said he jus lost his creative side due to the constant complaint from his fans and the project to be very time consuming. what became a fun hobby turn out to be an aggravating job. i guess well never know when he,ll revive the series, but for me, i dont to waste more years waiting for me. Alvin made one of the best sprite series I had ever seen and decides not to finish it? I was OK with this at first thinking he had just been taking a break but when I was told that he had moved on from that to make creepy furry pictures I lost all respect for him at that moment. How the fuck is this the same guy who now likes making stupid creepy furry shit the same guy who made this brilliance? And now he wants to do a remake of a series that was NEVER FINISHED!? No..just..no this is stupid, if you don't want to finish the series then just leave it alone as I would rather leave a unfinished series untouched than just troll everyone by making a remake of a series that again never ended. Who in there right mind would think THIS is a good thing. I used to like both the creator and the series but now I can only like the series itself. PS: No I will not feel grateful unless he either leaves it alone or if were lucky he decides to FINISH IT!

Honestly I'm kinda ticked off at Alvin. I have been a loyal fan for 7 years. I've waited patiently for each episode and I supported him with a $200 donation. Then out of the blue he quits the series. Even though I really blame the inconsiderate assholes who kept demanding him to finish the episode I feel that I have wasted 200 bucks on this guy.

It was a good run, but he could have told us that he was going to end this show sooner like 3 an 1/2 years sooner. Why didnt he give us a reason why he stoped and insted give us a reason why he not passing he's work to anyone else?
