Super Mario Brothers Nelsonic Wrist Watch 

While going through my grandfather's stuff my mom found my old watch. I popped in a new battery and it started right up.
Here is a single playthrough. Left is always forward. Right is always back. Up or the "Mode" button on the right of the watch is jump. I cannot find down to do anything. I also don't know what getting the flower on the ground level does. I think it is just for points. Pressing down after getting the flower doesn't seem to do anything either.
