@Graham Morcom Buster Beetles were first introduced in SMB3, they would pick up and throw blue bricks I haven't seen them at all in any other Mario game since SMB3. The player could also pick up and throw blue bricks as well.

@Graham Morcom Maybe they wouldn't be limited to blue bricks... Maybe if you put something on top of them, they would throw that item/enemy? Maybe they could pick up springs and it would be a moving spring (I don't think that was possible in SMM1, but I could be wrong) There are ALOT of possibilities with this one enemy now that I think about it, wooaahh

Can you land on Icicles at all? An update that should be done is embiggen them to turn them into falling platforms that stab the ground and give Mario a step up like in Mario games.

Three things I noticed: 1. Toadette doesn't swim as if she's wearing the penguin suit (unlike NSMBUD) 2. Luigi doesn't have custom animations for the SMW style (unlike SMAS+SMW even though his sprites are from that game) e.g he doesn't cough out fireballs or slide on his knees 3. By disconnecting and reconnecting controllers, you can choose which character you want to be in multiplayer

I’d say demanding’s a strong word but I don’t know what to believe anymore. Anyway I’m fine with what we have for now, I do want to see more power ups that *isnt* the mystery mushroom in a later update ( cause there’s no time to add them in unless they’ve been in development all this time, but I’m sure they would’ve shown them by now ) and if not then oh well

Koji Kondo did amazing with the new music for the new course themes! (As he always does) Not to mention the new sprites for objects and characters! The team did an amazing job capturing the classic Mario feel for things that weren’t even in the original games!

Volcano would be neat, but I would much rather have the beach theme. I’m pretty biased since I love beach settings, but it could be good. It would be another theme with the rising water. Maybe the night theme could make the water like a wave.

Christopher R. Me too, but if the beach theme was already in the game, the beach theme would’ve been a perfect theme for summer because the game releases 8 days after summer starts. Also the volcano is my most favourite theme because of the music especially the underground volcano theme, and I would love if nintendo adds the volcano theme in a later update.

Those two themes would be perfect to have rising lava and water. And for the volcano theme, the night time effect could be falling meteors or something.

This needs to be publicly available. It would be a godsend for streamers and creators. I remember seeing a hardware hack for this, but the company making it went under.
