How is there footage of the level completed? Is it a TAS clear?

No, that is the course's uploader showing that clearing the level is possible

@@Patralgan EVERYBODY is on that level now, including some of the best players. I think it's a lot more than a 10% chance that someone will get it right.

After April 8th, you can't play these levels unless you connect to Pretendo
