just started playing this , the last Mario game i played was on the original NES in 1988. Seeing this gameplay made me want to play again, cant believe the flood of nostalgia. Amazing game

I like how this game takes aspects from galaxy and 3d world while still adding some new aspects, the most obvious being the hat powerups. Really love this though!

David o neill FPS stand for frames per second, a measurement for how many unique consecutive images a camera can handle each second. Low-end digital still cameras typically have a frame rate of 1fps. Low end digital video cameras typically have a frame rate of 30fps.

Watching your older game-plays is really helping me get through quarantine. I was originally watching the Zelda ones, but had to pause on BotW because I didn't wanna ruin too much of the story line for myself. I'm a high schooler, so schooling was really rough, like incredibly rough, and my family and I don't exactly paint a perfect picture of love and acceptance, so video games have been a nice escape. I actually used to hate watching game plays, but something about yours seem so fun and inviting I find myself watching 3 or 4 without pause. I'm also playing a few of the games you are or did, so this helps the little completionist in me relax and find new areas or objects. I know these videos were made waaayy before quarantine, but they still help a lot, so thanks for the relaxing content.

The camera was controllable in the past Mario games. But you had to use c-pad to move it. You had to stop turn the camera in the direction you wanted. Then you continue playing.

This was a very well put together video. I enjoyed it so much!! Thanks for all the time and effort you put into making this video. The way you play is very similar to the way I play a game. When Mario possesses--for lack of a better word--something, the thing he possesses gets a mustache. That is a strange-but-interesting touch. I think that sporting the hat would have been good enough. I also noticed that the thing he possesses sports a red hat instead of the hat that the player bought and chose to wear. It would have been a nice touch if they had the thing Mario possesses sport the same hat that the player picked out for Mario.
