Super Mario Sunshine - Full Game 100% Walkthrough 

Many fans claim that Super Mario Sunshine is the worst 3D Mario game. Do you agree? Personally, I do not, but how would you rank it?

I Absolutely don't care what those haters think about this Mario Game! *Super Mario Sunshine* is definitely and totally one of THE Best Epic *Super Mario* Games there is, from our Childhood Years! I Absolutely Love this game SO much!

I just played Sunshine about a year ago to kill time before Tears of the Kingdom and this makes me want to play again. Many hours spent on this game back in the day. Easily one of my favorite games of all time.

Please do more playthroughs like this for more games and franchises. You are so perfect at gaming, it's fast but not rushed. I hate other playthroughs where they skip a bunch of stuff like dialogue and side quests, or playthroughs where they are unskilled and slow.

The funny part about this game is that…they completely forgot Luigi back at the Airport in the Mushroom Kingdom! 😂

I just 100%'d Sunshine today. Definitely a fun game, but I have one little nitpick: the INSANE difficulty for a Mario game. Yes, fifficulty shouldn't be a problem, more of a good thing, but in Sunshine it's really just a frustrating difficulty because it relies on making you do waaaaay too much work. My best example of that is the secret river level in Delfino Plaza, where you need to get Yoshi across the water by riding different boats and splashing the lava covering the pipe. It's a long and tedious process, really just pure unfun. Then, when you enter the level, let's say you lose all your lifes to the STUPIDLY HARD challenge this level represent. You have to do the whole Yoshi process again. They could have just made it so that the lava covering the pipe didn't respawn, no one would have complained, but no, you have to do everything. Over. Again. There's also a lot of other very difficult tasks that could have been made less tedious: I don't think anyone but liers found enjoyment in the Sirena Beach level where you have to clean the entire beach in a limited time, the one in Pinna Park where you have to pop all the balloons. Oh right, one last nitpick: why, WHY ejecting us from a level after one singular death?? Some shines, like the previously mentioned Pinna Park level, requires a long process of going in the park, getting up to the roller coaster (which isn't a smooth task for me and most casual players) which waste at least two minutes everytime. The worst example of this is definitely the one in Pianta Village where you have to save the mayor. Anyway, mostly fun game, but very, VERY questionable game design decisions.

Whenever I defeat Bowser and complete the game, I see that cutscene where they show the big statue in the middle of Delfino Plaza where you enter Bianco Hills, then it shows the giant Shine Sprite at the Shine Gate. What is that supposed to signify...?

Bringing back a classic, nice! I do find the voice acting odd in this game. It just feels out of place in a Mario game. Having said that, I hope the next Pokemon game has voice acting to break up all of the text reading!

Well I mean, I do have Super Mario 3D All-stars that has Sunshine in it but let's just say I consider myself no longer a Mario fan. And if you got a problem with that, stay the F away from me.

Wtf was Nintendo thinking with this game. Did they do any playtesting on this thing at all......... It's fairly hard even on an emulator with instant respawn/savestates. Imagine being a 8 year old kid playing this on gamecube where you had to restart stages everytime you failed. I bet if there was some way to find out what percentage of people that bought this game in the early 2000s actually completed it it would be incredibly low.
