Tool-Assisted Speed run by GaRan A hack by TROM More info go to metroidconstruction.com Thank you for watching! And please support me in my further TASes :)
I love that you retain momentum following a spinjump, that's a great feature. I am absolutely baffled by Charge Beam being so weak though. It's so illogical ^^' Still looks like a fun hack, and as always the TAS is a fun watch, thank you for so many of these!
You have a very special play why you dont speedrun the original super metroid , it still you can beat the new WR that publied this week 40.36.7 by oatsngoat
Trom’s hacks have this distinct look to them. Also, if you pay close enough attention, Hydellius’s world layout has some parallels to vanilla Zebes, allowing the player to sort of know where they are (not necessarily where to go next).
TROM hacks are also notorious for having a strict way of progression and only having the Initial Super Missile not blocked by Super Missiles, which are LATE AS ALL HELL. Because in this hack, the Initial Super Missile marks the halfway point of the hack... AND IT ONLY COMES LATER AND LATER WITH EACH HACK.
Stellar run! You know that saying 'The walls are merely a suggestion'? In this case they seemed more like a pretty background as you blatantly ignored them constantly. xD One question though, In the text bits you mentioned picking up Trius/Spazer to make Ridley a faster kill.. But, Wouldn't it be slower? By the values shown, Charged trius sinus ice does 300 damage with 30 cd; But magnus sinus ice does 300 damage too.. with only 16 cd. Why go out of the way to get Trius then? Is Ridley immune to normal shots or something?
@@garan1988 Aha, Suddenly my difficulty with Ridley in my childhood makes a little more sense.. Didn't know that. Thank you for the reply. :) Have a lovely day.
