Thanks for digging into it, very appreciated! I love how we upgrade our goals from becoming better investors to millionairs to multi millionairs =). Yoloing into Quanta Services next.
Thanks for the video. Only found your channel very recently! Just out of curiosity, I went back to your NVIDIA analysis a few weeks ago and you said it was overvalued in the high 500s, but their earnings came out after your video, they nailed revenue and guided really well, and it's nearly twice that price. I've stayed out of NVIDIA because of FOMO, but if it's the better of the two (SMCI/NVIDIA), at what price point do you think NVIDIA is a good entry price? Thanks again! 😁
Good question. I actually upgraded Nvidia's intrinsic value after they released their earnings. Of course, they had a huge earnings beat and much better guidance than expected. I have increased Nvidia's intrinsic value to around $820/share. I bought more Nvidia when it diipped below the $2 trillion market cap (not advice).
They highly depend on Goverment decisions. In like to invest in industrial companies who benefit indirectly from the defence boom, as example Parker-Hannifin or Transdigm . Same with the infrastruktur boom, Caterpillar was a very good investment.
Sell very customizable server systems (rack-scale servers) based on a combination CPUs, GPUs, DPUs, networking devices, storages, etc. Now, they sell many AI servers based on Nvidia’s latest platforms.
