Finally. A 3D classic sonic game

The gold bananas should have been replaced with chaos emeralds and the bosses should of been robot versions of each boss but with eggman controlling them their weak spots would be where eggman is at then the final boss should be The Death Egg Robot and sonic should appear in the ending

While seeing this in HD is cool and all, there’s something that has been bothering me, and that’s the music. To me, the boss music doesn’t feel that upbeat than usual. Unless I was missing something there.

I JUST wish they kept the original music track for the game. Yeah it looks amazing, but those incredible songs really made the game for me.

It'll be funny if Classic Sonic was teleported by the Phantom Ruby during the Ending *well he technically did but lol*

Im sorry, but the soundtrack in this game is extremely lackluster than the Wii version. The music here all sounds the same and I would never be able to tell the difference between OST's. The Wii version on the other hand always used appropriate sounding instruments towards each world and boss. For the ocean/pirate world, it sounded ominous and spooky. For the lava world, it was slow but catchy, and riddled with drums everywhere in the soundtrack. And dont get me started on the boss themes: the final boss's ost was on the edge of being a God damn heavy rock, and the giant metal dinosaur's music was robotic, clunky, and just the right amount of guitar. Dont get me wrong, I'm so glad we got a remake for this game, its honestly my favorite monkey ball game, on par with the sequential ones on gamecube.. but they could've done a better job with the music here.. Edit: after hearing Yoko's theme again from the lava world, I couldnt help but realize... Did they really just.. re-use the factory world theme from super monkey ball 2..? Really?

these bosses were the least fun thing about this game. Dinobot was passable, but was more of a normal level then an actual boss
