Agreed. This mod had the opportunity to make Fallout 4 a little more respectful to the lore of Fallout 2's mutant integration and the high-pitched voices just threw it all away. Though, I would argue that Fallout 4 was made to be comical. It's a joke.

I personally think you could make them with the FEV machine, found in the institute, you would put it down in your settlement like the synth creation mod

De Jure Claims It would be cool to find some just walking around, they see you (Either alone or with strong) and you can recruit them to join you. Send them to a settlement(s) and they give a boost to defense, but lowers happiness with human settlers and non-feral ghouls. Oddly, they would raise happiness in Settlements with robots. Would be glorious to add with the Minutemen & BOS Recruitment mod... if such exists.

Actually if you reached maximum affinity with strong than you become a his master so what I am going to do is set up a small super mutant gang up of 10 giving them all the most fashionable clothing then take over the common wealth!!!!
