this is nice! I have also seen people use a eyebrow pencil to color in the lace at the edges so it blends with the hairline. I love wearing my wigs behind my hairline bc i have a widows peak and its just more flattering ot me

Thank you for this video. I do this with grey wigs to match my hair. I sew mine down. I wash my head and hair. I've gone 6 weeks with a wig in. Washing weekly. It works amazing for swimming.

This is interesting as I just commented that I now have some greys in the front so I can't do this any more (allergice to dye), but I am not predominantly grey either so stuck on how to blend as behind the hairline is the best way to do it imo.

Looks beautiful. I want my younger years back.............why? I used to do diy closure wigs behind the hair line and also very lightly texlax (and I mean lightly) and it worked really well with indian curly, or old school light yaki. I am allergic to hair dye and now those grey hairs want to pop out all over the place making this a non starter for me. I think wigs behind the hairline look way better. I do still sew my wigs dow on the edges, I just like the security, but boy do I miss the technique shown in this video.
