I always watch until the end and I use the juice from all 3 ginger, garlic and onion for years and it really does help to thicken and regrow hair from alopecia (my was hormonal). My mom also uses it and has regrown her balding edges. You are telling the TRUTH Sweet Lady! ❤

If your hair tends to be dry, the oil is probably a good option. It is for me. I make an onion, garlic, rosemary, and olive oil concoction. It keeps my hair soft and nourishes my scalp. If you apply at night, by morning the smell fades. Personally, I like the smell. Hope the oil you choose works for you.
