Ever since akuma was created not one street fighter game has changed is look to date. Everything including his frown are still very accurate in-game and cartoon alike
I looked up Bishamon's theme thinking it was this one, then had to think about it for a while, then realized it was Akuma's theme from puzzle fighter :P
