Thought I had the fs 101 when I started. My wife took it to coin show for me. Rudeness all around. Finally and older guy talked to her and was nice. Needless to say, I had a penny. That was it. And so it goes. Thanks J&B
From the dealers? I will say there's not alot of actual coin dealers who know jack about varieties honestly. Theres lots of haters in numismatic community unfortunately. What did they say it was mechanical doubling or something?
Thanks J&B for another great informative video. As I recall there are over 200 varieties in the 1972 cent alone. I carefully look at every 1972 I come across but so far I've not found the big one. Take care and we'll see ya in the next one.
i just found 10 of these i dont know if they are worth anything though some sources say they are worth face value the condition isnt bad though so im not sure what to believe
Oh, my, my!! Got to check my pennies!! I have some pop pretty nice specimens to check!! What great news!! Thank you so much for this news!! Great video, B & J, you never disappoint with your amazing work!! God Bless!! :)
I went through 10 boxes in 2 weeks I have some cool 72's with die scratches on back and the small cud or raised metal also the dbling on the bottom of the 2
I’m in a Popeyes drive thru and literally got the exact penny from your thumbnail “72 d” in pretty gorgeous condition Had the same weird line in Lincoln’s eye socket
Look at 1995 dimes if you find one with a lincoln head on the front which is only on a penny and a regular looking dime on the back. They are worth $$$
Good morning JBCOINS, the 72-D you had up as a picture looked beautiful, coins which have toned or are starting to seriously memorize me and one day i hope to get a DD it is just a little difficult as I live in London and don't get the opportunity that some do in the USA but I love to collect coins from your country as much as mine almost, people think I'm crazy when I show them a coin but there more than just coins, it's the history and more that I love, I must check my 1972's now for doubling even though every America coin I have has been checked and no luck yet! Anyway thanks for the interesting video.
I actually have a few s mint and some without mint and from the video well i believe mine are in better shape by a long shot . I find it hard to believe it's worth that much!
Not to long ago I found and had graded one of these error coins turns out it was an ms66 fs109 I sold it on Ebay to a great full gentleman and I made my initial investment back
I have this wonderfull coin in fine condition and where i can sell it and please give me an information for selling and thank you very much for your kind help and information 🤓🤗
wow, another great video, I didn't know about the bad minting at all 3 for 1972, checking my rolls now; I've had them in storage (lock box) since the 60's so I have a bunch of reds to look at...
Hello J∆B Ooooo Lincoln cents .I'm drooling looking at this video one of these days 💥 I might get lucky . Than hearing the value on all the coins woohoo my feet are tingling 😂lol . J∆B thank you so much for the video and update info
Does the 1972 Lincoln penny have a upside down building on the back of it when you turn it around Coz I've found 1in Britain and don't know much about American coins
I have 52 mint sealed envelopes from 1972 with the P and D sets inside.... my question is would it be worth it to open and check for errors or keep them in my safe ???
I found a very shiny nice looking 72 no mint mark. It has raised edges and a little overlap on the edges kinda on half the circle touching the L and the T at top. Do you think its worth anything?
JB. I've found a golden penny. 1972 no mint mark. Bronze or and Brass? 3.1 grams. Looks like gold. Small o in of, reverse. Is it counterfeit? Get graded?
If I have a fairly high grade no mint that has been uncirculated since 1988 but Lincoln is getting a dot on his face from the poor quality and it is a slight mistrike n is off center with almost no rim on one side and a large one on the other is it worth having it graded?
