i think all of these edited videos are hilarious i love the "super is arrogant but gets shit on in game" bit (especially the clips at the end of the videos), i love the "super gets bullied every time he doesn't block shatter" bit, i love the "super and sleepy are casually homoerotic" bit, and i love the "daph throws the most unhinged insult at super" bit. It could be something new every once in a while but i trust everyone involved with this content to make it funny even if it is mostly the same jokes

Super is my favourite comfort streamer because of how timeless jokes are and how well-edited videos are so that Super is always set as a normal guy with friends who is good at games. Being able to vouch for Super is what makes me rewatch his videos, even from years back. But i feel like i would never rewatch the Terraria video because though it was funny the first time I watched it, I dont want to rewatch a video where it feels like he is just getting made fun of and theres no story. Contrary to twitch chat, i dont like watching a dense compilation of one person getting bullied.

im gonna be honest, idgaf about the shittalking or whatever that his friends do, they can do it as much as they want, but its uncomfortable to watch constantly regardless of if he or his friends care or not, like why is the focus of every conversation talk about sports or some shit

100% serious, I don't think the relationship super has with his friends is unhealthy and tbh I don't care, it's his life. having said that the reason the shitting on super thing was funny is because it was mixed in with super doing crazy plays. I think that is why twitch chat and RU-vid chat are so different, twitch chat gets to see the overwatch league level plays, they get to see super dominating the lobby so the mean comments are funnier. RU-vid used to be the same with videos like supertf rap god or that insane queen game but recently there has been less and less crazy plays. The mean comments are only funny in the context of the good gameplay. I also think that the reason there are so many arguments in the comments is because twitch viewers have the context of the good gameplay already so seeing a compilation of people messing with super is probably a lot more funny. I'll say that personally, as someone who doesn't watch twitch very often the videos have been getting less and less entertaining

I personally wouldn't be comfortable or happy as the target or the attacker of jokes like these, but I do understand that other people aren't like me and find humor in it. Of course, I hope anyone who does this is careful and isn't too serious with the threats, and anyone who actually is uncomfortable should speak up, but if Super's fine with it to the point where it's part of his content in every video, and chat plays along, who are we to stop them? If we don't like seeing it, we should find someone else to watch.
