I know their in Africa but still no professionalism on their part at least for this regular customer. RU-vidrs reviewing their products get the best. @@kellysmith6089 Hello - The wig I ordered which was a micro braided wig looks nothing like the picture. The baby hairs were loose and all over the place when arrived. In the photo it showed the baby hairs braided and in tact. When I questioned them, I was inform that sometimes those hairs are braided and sometimes not. I also notice the braided ends were straggly and in different varying lengths. That was just my experience. You may have better luck.
Actually the first wig they sent me was unacceptable and I wasn’t going for it so she made a new one for me. This is not my first time working with them so I trusted the new wig they sent would be better because all the other wigs I received were good. But thank you for letting me know because now I see that this company isn’t consistent in their work. That’s just a mess and I’m sorry you has to experience this 😒
@@Trendy_kay Hello there. I did see your other review of their wig. All wigs look good on you anyway but I was and still am annoyed with KhennyEsther because the wig I purchased is nonrefundable and cannot be returned/exchanged due to covid (according to their website.). Plus the other issues mentioned above.
Just when I was about to go purchase this wig, I saw the price and changed my mind😂. $450... might as well sit and get it done. It looks beautiful on you though😍😍😍
