Same here. Even though I am away from all my abusers ptsd is a complete asshole. When summer time hits so does this video. I had anxiety in Florida! A place I should be able to relax in. Its a lie unless you have a fuck ton of money and live in the nicer areas its hell.

I love your videos. As a programmer, it helps to keep the calming music in the background as soft noise while I focus on the task at hand. Then, when I get frustrated coz something isn't working, I just take a small break, watch the video for 4-5 minutes, and then get back to work. It's a lifesaver. Thank you.

i am currently recovering from neurosis - brain fog, anxiety, restlessnes, sleep issues etc. And there is no words to express my gratitude for this video. It helps every single time helping me to relax so much. Number of times it made me involuntarily smile and whisper "i am happy", as it takes me from scary place my brain is to somewhere so peaceful. I agree the same thing it helps to get to relax and get to that happy place of whispering the gratitude of comfort and peace and good day dream to drift off and get reconnected, I am using my boyfriend's gmail to comments and I am in a state of recovery as well from a operation in the belly and healing from certain traumatic pain and it feels so amazing to get back in touch with the right balance of soft music, nature sounds, bells, wind, animals and all the right good quality images that brings you to the right place and to end up at the end with just nature sounds and image are even more amazing to lead you into sleep or just to keep going forward to what you need to do great way to come back to one self a agree with you on this one video so amazed by the entire reality of quality

fairenough251- I hope you're doing much better now. I just discovered this beautiful calming vidio. I'm recovering from hospital stay, having multiple medical issues.
