I can never understand how people will complain about reused animations and skills. Like, what do you people expect? Who cares? It's not that big of a deal. This DLC is a great example that having reused animations and skills is NOT a bad thing if it's actually done well. Jun Song has proven that this game can be pushed to new heights with the right people in charge, the right perspective, and make the right changes.
I feel like part of it is that he stays away from ki cancels/ki stuns and limit burst so he has to learn ways to work around it such as reading vanishes and learning the properties of skills. I could be wrong but that’s what I’ve seen
7:42 This is more the move. I never use Gigantic Charge because it does this sort of bullshit a lot where Broly is basically rubbing his knuckles against their taint and it still doesn't connect. Happens offline a fair bit as well. But honestly it's a non-issue when there's a distinctly bad move on a character with a full health bar super and damn near one shotter ultimate.
If theyre gonna make more powerful characters like Broly for now on then older characters definitely need to have their stats boosted along with giving them customs if they don't have one to make it all equaled out imo.
