@@pcmasterracetechgod5660 I think your logic is a bit flawed. These "moving targets" don't have a predictable moving pattern, so the best Granolah can do is shoot right at them and if he is making Goku and Vegeta dodge every single beam, I don't see how that doesn't make him accurate.
