it's nothing like the real one. It's flown completely differently and the real one doesn't even have afterburners so that light effect is extremely wrong besides being done so badly. And the sound is wrong also. And yes it can be done realistically. A weird vanity project to spend so much time and money to do some details and then completely break on basics. Many cheap Chinese foam war birds with electric fans give better impression of the real thing.

@@nikoladd yes, those lights for afterburner really need to go, they are very distracting and only adds to the fake factor.

Super detail. As others mentioned the turbo fan engines have no afterburner! Great flight, loads of power, sweet landing nicely done. Excellent video Tom.

Detail, Scale Flight Accuracy, Flight Maneuvering, Downwind, Base to Final... really precision... as far as I'm concerned (45 years Aircraft Maintenance Engineer) this is the Finest exibition of a Scale Model Ive seen yet... Wunderschön gemacht, auch wenn die Nachbrennerringe n bisschen viel sind. Trotzdem ne super Arbeit und richtig gut geflogen. Genau das Richtige für einen A 10- Fan. Und natürlich auch ein Lob an den Kameramann: Sehr schön gefilmt.

I just came across these RC scale model aircraft videos and I am so fascinated. It would have been so cool if you would’ve strapped a go pro to the aircraft so that we could see what it looked like if we were in the cockpit. Maybe next time? Watching from New York City.

Those LED rings around the engines are the car equivalent of hairy dice. Nice model, great flying, great sound, visuals only spoilt by flashing LED rings.

Fantastic looking model. I wonder if his routine could include more low and slowish, like around 3:45 just seems weird not to have trees and hills in the background when watching an A10 jink around. Bloody awesome though.!!

Fabulous except for the glowing "afterburners," since the real version does NOT have AB capability, being as it is turboFAN powered. Other than that it looks not too unlike the real Thunderbolt I am lucky enough to see flying over my head on a daily basis. Beautiful work of aerial flying, too.

Wouldn't you be tripping if the little pilot figure in the plane jumped out and started running around. Plane looks that real. I especially like the rear of the engines glowing red, I have only seen that on a RC of a F14 Tomcat, very cool.
