Lol sorry my spelling checker took over. But anyways I've been learning the cryllic alphabet for 2mo and russian language for 5yr indirectly. Thank you sir Sergey 1000% u are awesome.
It's already been said, but more videos like this, please! For someone like me whose first language is English, Russian is often a tongue-twister and I may miss little subtle things in the words. This video is very helpful. It lets me learn new vocabulary easier, too. Many thanks!!
10/10 subscribed. just started russian and я из Индианы. writing is the hardest but i love it so far i already speak french, spanish, and portuguese so this will be cool to explore
Thank you for this super slow video. I was so excited that I could understand a lot of it without playing the subtitles first! Thanks! You are the best!!!!😁
Your description of Irkutsk reminds me of a lot of cities and towns in Western North Carolina, in the Appalachians. Though, the largest in Western NC is 80,000 people. Not nearly as big. You make me want to go to Irkutsk.
Really enjoying the content on this channel Marking videos with A1 A2 etc is really useful for beginners trying to find accessible/comprehensible content!
This is the best video you've done. Blew all the others away, you are the best Russian teacher. Can we have super slow history or mini documentary?
These videos in super slow Russian are very helpful. They provide lots of comprehensible input at a low level for beginners. I can watch without the subtitles and just let my brain absorb the language.
Salut du Québec ! I understand everything you say in Russian . My key board do not take Cyrillic. Keep going my friend. You look very friendly. Also i know quite well Viet Nam. Enjoy this country !
Thank you brother Sergui for taking us on this marvelous tour. I learned useful expressions and vocabulary! May Allah help you brother and guide me and you to His straight path!
Hi, I am your new subscriber from New Delhi (India) . I found your video while searching youtube. I saw it and liked it.. now it has become my routine to watch ur videos And this video is awesome. in this you have spoken very slowly and clearly. Thanks for making such videos. I understood everything without subtitles..Thank you 👍🏻
Obrigada, Sergey!
No momento eu mal conheço o alfabeto
I have an important learning tip to share with everyone using these Slow Russian Videos as a beginner or intermediate. When you watch the video, have your english captions turned on .As soon as you start the video, try to repeat what he says wirhout pausing the video. Even if you don't know the meaning if each word. You'll find happiness in matching your pronunciation to his. Also, you'll experience the thrill of achievement when you easily pronounce words that you know. Thank you, Sergei for your assistance.
3:48 “We have four seasons” Me, a Floridian: So do I! We have spring! Where it’s hot! We have summer! Where it’s so hot you can get overheated and dehydrated but we still wear sweaters for some reason. We have fall, it’s still hot but it gets to 75 degrees (Fahrenheit). We have winter, where, if you’re lucky, you’ll catch a day where you can go out and experience 60-65 degrees! We really have to bundle up, especially at night, where it can drop to 50-55 if it gets really cold! Yayyyyyy heat amiright?
@@InRussianFromAfar хахаха Я знаю, что это не для всех, но это не так уж плохо, если привыкнуть :) (I say, as a native. I honestly don’t know how well non-natives fair with it, because I haven’t seen many non-native Floridians irl, Miami Beach is nice though! And, if you’re learning Spanish and want some practice, but still be able to speak English when needed, then south Florida is the place for you! (I’ve met wayyy more people here that can’t speak English compared to those that can’t speak Spanish, but almost everybody is bilingual in the southern part of Florida, don’t know about the north though.)
What a most beautiful town! I truly hope to still see it in my lifetime and maybe even do a language course there. But I am over 60, living in Switzerland and the current political situation sadly does not allow traveling to Russia from my country 😥 We are all just humans. Why can't these politicians take their silly power games to a room and figure out stuff in there without destroying innocent people and towns.
Hi! After watching this video, I want to go to Irkutz. Hope Russia will become a place where to spend holidays again soon. London is my favourite city, too! But I must say I disagree with videos in slow Russia. It is a language nobody speaks naturally and even from the first steps you should try and get acquainted with the normal rhythm. If it is difficult to follow, there are the subtitles.
Hi Rosaria! Thank you for your comment) I know the concern that some people have, when it comes to slowing down the speech, but think of it like a tiny step you make, before you come to more faster speech. It's like a child, before they learn to ride a 2-wheel bicycle, they ride 3-wheel or 4 wheel) Same with a language)
