Not only is it the first time that they're playing Brawl, it looks and sounds like this is the first time ever that they're even playing the Super Smash Bros. series.
did they figure out what trophies and stickers were for? because if not, trophies are for info.EX- you got a trophy of tails? info on tails, and it helps you get music AND items for extra stuff. stickers are power ups for story mode.EX-one sticker says "leg attack +35". upgrades leg attacks for that character, but only in story mode. lot of info...please respond FarFromSubtle and tell me if this is useful :D
these live shows have shattered the illusion that fraser is good at video games my life has turned upside down and i cant sleep anymore :'( who else wants the unedited footage of super meat boy?! :D
I was just thinking to myself "Hmmm, what can I watch that will help me procrastinate on studying for that psychology exam tomorrow?" And then I see this in my subscriptions box. Video Games Awesome, always appearing in the nick of time!
ok here's some actual advice, play through the story with ben (co-op 2 player), which will unlock all the characters, then meet up again (all 4 of you) so you can pick a cool character like Mr. Game and Watch
I really enjoyed this episode, I must say. Brawl is one of my all time favorite games. I was annoyed by all the snobs in the chat, though, who seem to have the wrong definition of "game." Ben's enthusiasm with King Dedede's big sexy dance is priceless.
In the end, Lucas fought for what he believed in. And after all the shit he went through, he didn't give up and run away. Just a character with a tragic story, so how is he a loser Frasier??
I know it's way too late to point this out but, between the chat in this episode and the people here, seriously lighten up people. This is their first time playing any smash bros. game and the only response they get is "omg u guys are such noobs! This is painful! etc. " Well yeah, they are, that's why they're trying to learn. Honestly, it's like the TF2 first look over again; games are not serious business, people are allowed to just have fun.
Um, Fraser, I have a question that many, many fans are really wondering. Are you going to play story mode someday?! (If you do, don't watch scenes, its pretty amazing the first time you play it) P.S theres Super Fraser mode in story mode
How are you kids still not getting the premise of the show, it's a show about first time reactions and discovering games. The reason they have no knowledge of it is so the reactions are true and genuine! Also yes Fraser stinks at video games, but it sure is fun to make death counts.
On a more serious note, this so far is my favorite live session, I managed to catch it the other day yay me. Just laughing my ass off at everything. Also I read through a lot of the comments here.. Never.. again.. Will I make that mistake.
Why I would attack you? You have the every right to express your opinion than I have mine. Some people just take opinions as facts. I find redundant put "In my opinion" in the end of everything I say, because it should be obvious, no? Don't worry, I am not like them.
@munchie64 Why did YOU bother commenting? I did so because this type of feedback is encouraged by the way youtube is set up, it's there for me to voice my opinion, and so I did. Why should I care what the rest of the people think? "Oh no, everything else likes it, that means I'm wrong." And yes, the way this video was set up bothered me, so I thought the makers should know that 50% of the screen being taken up by their faces is bullshit.
Why the worry? It's your opinion. My life is no better or worse for someone not thinking the way that I think. So, feel free to express it, don't let people let you down for showing your opinion.
@KitsuneRagnell This WHOLE show is about first time reactions and fun. Not about knowing the game and not having fun. If you don't like it, don't watch.
@DharkStyxx Why did you bother commenting? I'm serious. The majority of people seem happy with how the show is set up, so what do you think your comment would do? Change how they do it? Make their show somehow better? This is obviously the first time you've watched the show so why are you speaking with "we"? Why did you waste your writing a comment on a video you obviously hated so much?
God i hate this game so much. And before any fanboys try to kill me, the game is okay it just the people i used to play with that ruined it for me. All my friends where insanely good at the game. They spent all day in training mode because they could not handel loseing. The only time i got a kill was when i used a cheep guy like Sonic.
