Dragon Claw is a completely original character from Reuben Kee, the creator of Evil Ryu and Evil Ken. The sprites were rendered in 3-D Studio Max with various filters to reduce the number of colors. Dragon Claw was summoned by the gods to combat the great evil that ruled the lands long ago. When he fought against the evil ones, he was "uncontested in the land".
