The true highest wall (sanely) is when you put two max height walls on top of one another using a rail. I saw an upload of such a stage (it was called, like, the deepest pit or something) and the only character I could get to do it was R.O.B.. I only knew because R.O.B. suddenly died at the top, meaning he'd landed on it

I don't know what you mean by that but the strongest attack is Roy and chromes neutral B with 60% damage and a ridiculous ohkoing knockback (Jigglypuff's rest deals more damage overtime though)
