2 years ago, I did my first ever run of World of Light 100%. The run was weird, the sound died most of the way through, and I had 0 idea what I was doing. Today, I got to see what 2 years of World of Light speedrunning experience would look like in an improvement of my oldest world record in this game.
In the end, the run was quite good... up until the Issac fight. I ended up taking 3 deaths to the Assist Trophy, and it makes the run now feel lackluster in my eyes. (I also died once to Dr. Eggman, but we don't talk about that. XD)
I'm still happy with just how much timesave I actually got, but I know I can do much better. Then again, 100% runs are overflowing with AI RNG, so I doubt I can bring this down much further. I still met my goal time of under 6.5 hours, so I'm okay with this.
