How does the transmitter/reciever on this typon 3s perform when it comes to range? Is it spotty?

Yes JayTee, strong passes no matter the 'S😎,, now if maybe the bearings had a little more grease, 50 would have slipped out very nicely😉

How would you rate the V3 Granite, V3 Big Rock & V3 Typhon in preference.

Will the badland 2.8 tires fit with 17mm hex extenders?

I have all the 3s cars and The typhon my fav. The handling and drivability is predictable. it is so much more stable. the Typhon rules IMO. I sold the 4s Kraton and Big Rock to buy a 6s typhon.

does this one have a real good metal steering servo with metal control arm... 45-50mph on 3s is great... this car seems perfect... i know those plastic shocks are good,,,but metal ones looks so much nicer...

I have a couple to woo graphene 3s 5000 mah 100c and they definitely have more power then my traxxas and ovonic 50c popping wheelies almost flipping over

What high mah 2s battery would you recommend? I'm looking at a hardcase zee 2s 80c 7200mah right now. Do u have any other batteries that i should look at? I want at least 50c

@jaytee rc nice video. What can you recommend for a 3s lipo battery combo charger set ,that’s cheaper and still quality build for less that the spectrum battery charger kit,that one is $100,trying to find one lower in price.

The senton I got I still havent ran it but the tires are pretty small but the videos ive seen on it was hitting 50 plus I thought? You have the senton v2 correct? I can't remember if you did a speed run on yours?

Yes these wheels are about the size of the granite

Bought the typhon and it came with a broken shitty spektrum motor that destroyed my spur gear and pinion within a week of having it so I put new spur gear in thinking that it happened because I had no slot cut in my chassis for the spur gear gear then come to find out the whole shaft on the motor just moves so that sucked. Put the arma blx motor in and it works like dream. Not a fan of spektrum.

With the 3s line it seems the typhon handles the best and is the most well planted at speed, the bigrock is the most stable, Granite the most basher fun, and the senton the fastest and most versatile (body swap with bigrock for cleaner chassis when bashing)
