I think he means that the sources used in the video are in the same chronological order in Super Spice Bros 2. For instance, you'll see that the first source used in this video (0:03) is the same as the first source used in Super Spice Bros 2, same for the second source, so on and so fourth.
This video is hands-down, one of the most hilarious videos I've ever seen. And I've seen a LOT of funny videos on RU-vid. I don't know whether to listen through the song or laugh the whole way. 12/10!

I didn't grow up with an n64 so this video is my first exposure to this song and now I can't help but think of Terry's "WHAT" whenever I hear this theme in any Mario media.
