I've been playing the 3DS version lately. I've only managed to beat him a few times. My favourite time was with Cammy this week. I had won the first round, he beat me in the 2nd round. He got me down to a tiny slither of health in the final round and I managed to finish him off with her Gyro Drive Smasher. He was actually stupid enough to teleport in front of me as I launched the attack.

This is also Bison’s theme in iPhone version.
