Super Street Fighter IV - Theme of Adon 

"He's like some kind of badass chicken man." - Me, first seeing Adon.

You can hear glimpses of Sagat's theme, only it sounds more dark and twisted, showing that Adon still lives by Sagat's old teachings. Sagat used to consider defeat as the ultimate dishonor and went on to teach this to Adon. Sagat eventually realized that his old way of thinking was wrong, but Adon took his teachings to heart and now considers Sagat as a "tiger with no fangs." He is now following the same dark path as Sagat once did, aiming to surpass his former mentor and become the world's strongest Muay Thai fighter.

Am I the only one who actually feels a little sorry for Adon? I mean, he was taught by Sagat that retreating from defeat is a huge insult to both oneself and your opponent, and he tried his absolute hardest to be like Sagat, the man he looked up to. And then Sagat disappears after losing to Ryu, betraying Adon's trust and kicking dirt on everything he's worked to achieve. Wouldn't you be hurt, wouldn't you feel used? Granted, Adon's choice to become the exact same person Sagat once was is a big mistake, but it's what he studied to do. It's a sad story, honestly.

Like a Raptor. Everything about the way this guy moves... A great design all around. I love Adon.

Sagat’s theme may sound like something you’d hear in Thailand, but THIS is what I wanna hear in a fight. Plus it’s in 4/4. That helps.

Holy shit, Adon. . . . I've never actually fully listened to this theme till now and . . . Fuck. . This is one of the most badass themes in the game!! Why isn't Adon used more man. He was my cousin's main in sfiv and i knew he had connections to Sagat so i never had a problem with him. But after hearing this theme i want him in sfv with some character development

you know how this guy is badass? he doesn't have one defensive move in his entire moveset. if it's not gonna break a bone then Adon doesn't give a shit about it

I never expected the theme of such an obnoxious and toxic fighter to hit so hard and sound somewhat heroic.

I can't help but snicker whenever Adon yells "KONO ORE-SAMA GAAAAA!" in his defeat. It's oddly fitting for his character and funny at the same time.

Adon in street fighter 6 would be cool to have in my opinion. I just want an excuse to play as him again xd

Adon has probably one of the best themes in this game. I really hope he gets a spot in Street Fighter 6.

I'll suggest this theme for the guys while they train Muay thay at the Gym.

JAGUAR.....SLEEPOVER!!! yeah, I know it's Revolver, but it sounds like he says Sleepover.

Adon is reckless and shortsighted, while Sagat is wiser and more experienced. They're both awesome in their own way.

Adon was betrayed by his inspiration and idol. It's kind of sad because they are the only Street Fighter Characters to use Muay Thai.

After defeating Rose: "Your predictions mean nothing to me! I will forge the future for myself!" It's a line so badass, that every woman within a 100 yard radius will get pregnant. I just hope I got the line right...

This theme's guitars reminds me a little of Lord Raptor's theme from Night Warriors, especially the opening.

Fun Fact: Adon and Rudol von Stroheim from Battle Tendency have the same Japanese voice actor

I feel like the punishment you get for playing as Adon in any match is people sitting behind you yelling "JAGUAR TOOTH!" and "RISING JAGUAR!". You can't complain though: You chose this path.

Sagat is the evil rival of ryu, but when it comes to Adon... the tables get turned and Sagat is the good guy while Adon himself is the bad guy.

@adogg5117 I understand why you feel that way. Both believe that they are stronger than guys bigger than them (Megatron and Sagat) and wish to usurp them (Starscream wants to be the leader of the Decepticons, while Adon wants to be the stongest Muay Thai fighter in the world). They also have strong ambitions, which makes them powerful opponents. They also hate the guys they think they are stonger than. They also are arrogant, which usually leads to their defeat.

To all the Dan story commenters i agree!!! I think there should be a new character made of Dan Called "Go Dan" where he is glowing with white aura and has a halo above his head Fighting with the spirit of his father Gou, becoming far more powerful than everyone!!! And for a taunt he should stick out his arm and move his fingers signaling to come forward, also with his own voice and his father's voice saying at the same time,"Come on, I'll show you what the Saikyo Arts can really do!!!!"

@Generalmontague I guess so. The Adon I remember beat Sagat for the title of King of Muy Tai. That's pretty bad ass in my book. I don't remember any comic relief moments or Worf moments like the one they gave him in Sagat's SF4 intro. If you know any, let me know.
