Here in America motorcycle don't drive in the rain and flooding streets cause one driver cannot see two engines are exposed to open and spark plugs started engines and wires get wet and drivers with vehicles should never drive in wet conditions especially flooding vehicles stall due to wires being wet and breaks don't stop due to brake pads get wet it best be safe than sorry and stupid that what caused more deaths people doesn't care about their safety and other people safety including children no common sense logic mahal kita all be safe ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It seems like you miss the big difference between american and Phillipine traffic, namely speed! The speed on the roads and streets of PH is so much lower than in the USA. The electrical problem you mention is a fear that is exaggerated. The big problem is if the airbox gets flooded.

@@RiderOftheNorth1968 no in America we have speed limits and traffic lights and all pedestrian have the rights of way and all traffic must yield for them including school busses stop 🛑 all traffic must stop and don't pass the school bus it a crime against the law all scooter bicycle can't not drive on sidewalk used the bike path flow with traffic on the road and street including motorcycle and electric scooter and skateboarding since sidewalk is crowded with walkers and babies carriage and stroller and wheelchair and most community neighborhoods have speed bumps and seat belts laws for safety and helmet laws in some states in America and Canada

@@RiderOftheNorth1968 we have a flooding drain system if due to hurricane tornado rain we will open the flood system and drain water from flooding areas in to farms crops and restore water in water towers in case wildfire unfortunately some states in America are below sea levels like Florida Mississippi Texas states closers to gulf of Mexico including new York city since it only a island while other states are higher terrain in the mountains etc

@@user-td9rr1op8e I am aware that USA, like all countries, have traffic laws. But that have very little to do with your first comment about motorcyclist avoiding riding in heavy rain which i reply on. Facts still stands since the traffic flow in USA is faster and motorcycles is surprisingly resiliant in wet condition. Also you should real try to use punctuations in your post so it is readable. @@RiderOftheNorth1968 it just motorcycle and scooter are not safe to drive in wet and flooding conditions is to dangerous and idiotic careless behavior two Filipino women ofw employees drive their car through flooding water in Dubai biggest flooding couple months ago and died when their car stall out due to wet wires and flooding water fill their car and they drowning inside the car cause they have electric doors locked and windows that wires and starter including batteries cables got wet and nobody couldn't rescue them so they drowning inside the car goes the same way motorcycle and scooter their engine and spark plugs are on the frame in the open and everything is exposed to rain and flooding water that the point I try to make motorcycle and scooter wasn't built for rain and flooding conditions including bicycle they only made for street and mud and dirt and climbing hills only thing that actually made for rain and flooding water only above wheels are atv or quad or jet ski
