How to make Garlic Cheese Sticks.
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup room temp water (120ml)
2 tbsps oil (30ml)
1 tsp sugar (5g)
1/2 tsp instant yeast (2g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)
TOPPINGS:
Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsps melted butter (salted or unsalted)
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 and ½ cup mozzarella cheese
Note:
-If you find the dough dry, just add 1 tablespoon of water. If it's wet, add a tablespoon of flour.

I made this recipe today. Doubled the ingredients and made two,, one round, one square, also added a bit more sugar and salt and it was our dinner tonight. Very easy and soooooo delicious! Thank you so much "Savor Easy"!💓!👍❤😋

Made this a few times Like 6 times already. :) had to double the recipe every time because they get devoured. Very good breadsticks I omitted the salt in the recipe for garlic salt and added a little parmesan + bacon and some pepperoni or a few banana peppers also when they come out of the oven.. SOOOO good thanks for an awesome delicious recipe!!!!!!!!!!! Even when they are cold, they are killer good.💞💝💖💗❤🧡💛💚💙🤎💜🤍🖤💕

This looks good 😋 When I make it I'm going to sprinkle a little bit of corn flour on the counter (with the reg flour of course) so it'll have that texture that these sticks usually have when you get them from a Pizza Parlor. Like that you've been using water in the last 2 doughs. Sometimes I don't have fresh milk on hand. I know I can use 1/2 evaporated milk but using just water means there's less chance of me tossing out the leftover evaporated milk if I wasn't able to use it up. Hope you're planning to create even more recipes with just water. Thanks Weng. Have a great and safe weekend ahead... 🙏

I made this but I didn’t have any yeast so I substituted baking powder and it turned out great! Maybe not as fluffy as the original but it tasted great

Made this last night and it came out good! All gone in less than 15mins after i removed from the oven. The kids requested to make one again but with a twist. Put tomato sauce then cheese and some ground beef and hello home made pizza. So simple. Thank you so much for this recipe. I had been hesitant to bake bread and the like.
