I have the tyrannosaurus Zord and it’s great. I’m not sure what else they could have done as this Zord never had great movement anyhow so I’m okay with it and considering that their other Zord is good, I think it will be okay. They both scale well with the two Monsters so far as well. I hate that the Tigerzord got canceled as it would have been a great addition.
To me, this is what I expect from the Dragonzord figure. Maybe they could have given it some better arm movement as I would like to spread the arms out a bit like when Dragonzord would get frantic, but over all I think its a pretty good piece and serves its purpose well. Super7 gets a lot of hate and it's too bad because the figure I have from them seem pretty good to me. The price is a bit steep, but they do try to go al out when they can. I can't wait for the MMPR megazord as it is the version I've wanted for awhile. They did mess up the knees though which I REALLY hope doesn't make it to production, but likely did....
I have this and I love it. The size is fantastic and with the Megazord, it's incredible. Each Dragonzord has its cons but I'm also not spending over $600 for Soul of Chogokin lol.
I was looking forward to this for a while. I really dig the design, look a bit goofy, but that's the charm. It looks bigger than I expected, and from the size of it, it could greatly benefits from ratchet joints for stability. Quite a shame really, I may as well gonna get the ZA Dragonzord from Hasbro at this point.
Yeah, but those zords don't scale with the monsters. They are their own thing. The monsters are too big for the rangers and too small for the ZAP megazord. Super7 is the closest thing to zords in scale with the monsters.
I got one of these at a good price for my son before realizing this is more of a collectable than a toy. Aside from the super small Green Ranger, is there any reason this would be unsafe for a small boy?
My first experience with Super7 Ultimates was their Green Ranger. His joints ranged from floppy as hell to so tight I was afriad I'd break him, and his hand snapped off the second time I tried swapping them out. Returned it for a refund and will not buy another of their products until their QC steps it up, and they stop painting the pegs on swappable parts.
I fall for their monsters/non human characters too much. It's crazy they get wonderful sculpts, then you have floppy/breaks/paint issues. I just reviewed the Robot Reaper basically $60, sculpted by 4h. Then the Masque of the Red Death $60, also 4h but from their factory. LEAGUES DIFFERENT IN QUALITY!!!
Have always wanted deluxe figure zords. Or even more non transforming ones like the Zeo one they did. Would've bout a dino megazord in that style in a heartbeat
As someone who has been looking forward to this figure, as I’ve always wanted a Dragonzord figure that looks like it’s from the show….is there anything better out there?
No one's gonna mention it? 7:30 - that's the sickets custom Eye Guy I've ever seen! It sucks that Super SEVEN isn't 7 inch, but I was hoping to see an actual measurement, instead of just comparisons. 😫
