In my region these buildings serve as a salon or as a salle des fêtes. I think for a traiteur it is doable to invest 21 millions of old Belgian francs and make a profit out of it. Also, it is very important to see if there are American companies active in the region. They like this kind of chateaux for business reason and they communicate very good to their homeland.

@@LeggettImmobilierProperty Yes I know, that was the point. The agent selling this property kept making reference to the UK connections, as if they were the only targeted buyers. Perhaps a broader sales pitch wouldn't give that impression.
