Also, it is very important to see if there are American companies active in the region. They like this kind of chateaux for business reason and they communicate very good to their homeland.

@@LeggettImmobilierProperty Yes I know, that was the point. The agent selling this property kept making reference to the UK connections, as if they were the only targeted buyers. Perhaps a broader sales pitch wouldn't give that impression.
