Superb Ipoh curry chicken noodle with drinkable gravy | Lau Pa Sat 

Coming from Ipoh in Malaysia, Mr Kenny Lam wanted to share his hometown food with the locals and tourists. Cooked with his mother's recipe, Kenny takes pride in the Ipoh curry chicken noodle, a signature dish with a unique gravy that is drinkable. Hainanese roast chicken rice and shredded chicken prawn Hor Fun are two other popular dishes. The latter is a big bowl with lightly flavoured broth yet packed with fried shallot aroma.
